Acai Berry Diet

Unless you have been living under a rock, you have heard about all the benefits of adding acai berry
to your diet.  Forever the skeptic, I had to check it out.  It seemed the claims were too good to be true, and there had to be some side effects, right?   I started reading everything that I could find on the subject.  Not once did I come across anything negative written about acai.  That convinced me to give it a try.  My energy level has sky rocketed, my appetite has lessened, and the scales are much kinder to me these days.  I have gone from skeptic to fan!
