Acai Berry

The people in my weight management group told me that, “You can control your appetite, Shawna, you just need to eat the right kinds of foods”. I found that this is invariably true. If I am getting enough of my essential vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, then I will be able to control my cravings, and also enjoy enough energy to go for a walk or a bike ride. I have found that since I started ingesting super foods, I have found the real key to weight loss and vitality. But some supplements have helped me, like Acai Berry. what is acai ? I now feel like exercising, whereas before, I would dread even having to get out of bed!
