I’ve recently gotten on this health-food kick and I’m trying my hardest to maintain this regime.  It’s not always easy for me to stick with something as I tend to lose ambition and get side-tracked easily.  However, this new regime is a little bit easier because the hardest part is remember to drink a little bit of juice in the morning and take a vitamin.  Just by doing those simple things before going to work in the morning, I can already feel a difference with my health.  I know that I feel better and I think I even look better.
