I did not believe it was possible to find a dietary aid that would work without the unbearable side effects.  If it had not been for my dietitian recommending it, I never would have tried acai berry.  I am so glad I trust her judgement.  Since adding the juice to my morning routine, I have more energy for the rest of the day.  It used to be by the time I got off work I was too exhausted to get in a good work out.  Now I have energy to spare.  The best part?  The only side effect I have had has been less of an appetite and looser clothing.  I can cope with that!
